Return & Refund Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase at Amberiya. If you’re not fully satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags attached
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase


How to Start a Return

Please include the following details:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) to be returned
  • Reason for the return

Once your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, contact us promptly at info@amberiya.com. We will evaluate the issue and assist you in resolving it.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • International shipments: Perfumes shipped internationally are not eligible for return or exchange. All international sales are final.

For hygiene, safety, and legal reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Opened or used perfumes — once opened or used, they cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Custom or personalized items — including engraved or specially ordered perfumes
  • Sample-sized products and testers, unless defective or damaged
  • Hazardous materials, including flammable liquids or gases


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us at info@amberiya.com.

Important Notes

  • Consumer Protection: In compliance with UAE Federal Law No. 24 of 2006 on Consumer Protection, returns or refunds are permitted within 14 days for eligible items, provided they meet the stated conditions.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes and certain beauty products cannot be returned once opened or used.
