These humble taverns welcomed gauchos and travellers for conversations over gin, spirited guitar duels,and exchanges of stories and ideas. The fragrance captures this atmosphere through the evocative world of Jorge Luis Borges, imagining the characters of El hombre de la esquina rosada and Funes el memorioso sharing a conversation surrounded by the purifying scent of gin.
